Henderson Hall is a very well equipped space suitable for both small and larger events. It is available for hire for celebrations including weddings as well as sporting events, business events and meetings. It is reguarly used by community groups and for community events. Residents of the Talybont on Usk, Community Council area are charged a reduced rate to non-residents.
The Hall has a maximum capacity of 200 people. For weddings or similar sit down at tables events 120 people can be seated comfortably and around 160-180 for theatre style meetings or performances.

Events
Our location in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park makes the Hall the perfect base for endurance events and other sporting challenges. Get in touch to discuss how the Hall can support an event you are planning. Nearby car parking can be arranged for large events.
Corporate meetings and events
Whether for remote working while away from your usual workplace or as a venue for meetings and other business events, the hall is well placed to meet the needs of individuals, organsations and groups.
It is well equipped with wifi, a large drop down screen and high definition ceiling projector, sound system and induction loop in the main hall and a Smart TV in the smaller meeting room.

Furniture Hire
Hall tables and chairs can hired for 24 hours at the rate of £5 per table and £2 per chair.

Breakages bond

Cleaning
| All hall users are expected to leave the hall in a tidy state upon leaving, including floors having been swept, rubbish removed, kitchen surfaces cleaned and furniture put away. A £35 cleaning charge is added to hourly rate hall hirers holding large events. i.e. with over 40 people. This is reduced to £30 for local residents. Cleaning charges cover the cost of cleaning the toilets and floors. |
Overnight stays
Available for groups of up to 25 people from 6pm to 10am with additional hours charged @£5 per hour.Groups must show evidence of their own Public Liability insurance and if appopriate Employer's Liability insurance. Any adults staying with Youth Groups must be DBS checked.

*The resident rate applies to hall hirers living within the community council area of Talybont on Usk, Llandetty, Llansantffraed, Aber, Scethrog and Pencelli. The rate only applies to hourly rates and not to other costs. e.g. cleaning.
Payment:
Payment should be made by BACs to Henderson Hall Trust Fund, sort code 51-81-27 account number 02105209. Please advise Treasurer.hendersonhall@gmail.com of your payment and the reference used.
Bookings for large events are secured by a 25% deposit with the full costs paid no less than three weeks before hall hire.
