Fundraising

Henderson Hall receives an annual grant of £1200 from Powys County Council via Talybont on Usk Community Council and apart from this and Covid-support grants received directly from the County Council, the hall’s running costs are reliant on the fundraising of volunteers and other donations.

If you would like to play a role in supporting the Hall, please consider one or more of the options below.

Friends of Henderson Hall

The Hall’s income has been adversely affected by the pandemic and we hope that by building our base of volunteers we can keep outgoings at a minimum. If you have a particular skills and are willing to lend a hand when odd jobs need doing or are happy to lend a hand at fundraising events then we want to hear from you.

Henderson Hall Management Committee maintains a list of ‘Friends of Henderson Hall’. These are local people who may not want to be members of the Hall Committee but are willing to volunteer their time and skills to support maintenance of the Hall or help out for a few hours at fundraising events.

If you would like to know more or are happy for your name and contact details to be added to our list of friends email our Secretary Regan Jones at hendersonhallsecretary@gmail.com
